When you’re licensing your images — whether for editorial, advertising, or digital campaigns — it’s important to calculate pricing based on usage, reach, duration, and exclusivity.
Here’s how it works:
Select the type of media your image will be used for (e.g., website, social media, print, TV).
Choose how long the license is valid for (1 month, 6 months, 1 year, etc.)
Indicate how many people the image will reach (audience/circulation).
Choose whether the license is exclusive or not.
Then, select all applicable territories (e.g., EU, USA, Global) where the image will appear.
The calculator multiplies these factors to give you a professional usage fee that reflects the real value of your image.

This tool helps you figure out how much you should be charging per client session in order to reach your financial goals — while factoring in taxes, savings, and business expenses.
Here’s how it works:
Start with how much money you’d like to take home this year (net income).
Add your estimated annual business costs — studio rent, gear, assistants, software, etc.
Add in your desired savings and tax rate.
Enter how many shoots you want to do each month and how many months per year you plan to work.
